Local Wealth Management
Company Supports The Customs House
North
East financial planning company Wealth of Advice have recently expanded their
business with a second office at One Trinity Green in South Shields. With the
goal of bringing local financial advice to local people, it’s no surprise that
they were keen to support their local arts centre and have signed up to be a
corporate partner for the next 12 months.
Ray Spencer, Executive Director of The Customs House added “Support from local businesses such as Wealth of Advice means a great deal to us and we are delighted to be working in partnership with them”.

The partnership brings a much-needed annual donation to the work of the local arts charity, who reinvest their profits to help support the local community, deliver education projects, nurture new creative talent and maintain their magnificent Grade II listed building. The Customs House has inspired individuals across all ages and all areas of the community to engage in the creative arts, being inspired to try something new and whose well-being has been enriched through their involvement with arts.
Mike Weedon Dip PFS, Financial Adviser at Wealth of Advice explained ”we are thrilled to be able to help our local community by supporting something that I know means a lot to the people of South Shields. I live in the area, and I often take my family to The Customs House, so supporting a charity like this seemed a natural fit for our business. We want to give local financial advice to local people, so we would always support something that meant a lot to the people of South Shields.”
