2CC Tyne Theatre Charity Show
Newcastle Tyne Theatre & Opera House
Sunday 18th September 2022
Tickets: https://tidd.ly/3RNQCyh
On Sunday 18th September 2022 at 1pm, 2CC are delighted to be hosting their 9th annual 2CC Tyne Theatre Charity Show, raising much needed money for both Myeloma UK and the venue’s Tyne Theatre & Opera House Preservation Trust.
This family friendly show promises a great afternoon, especially for musical theatre fans, featuring songs from a wide variety of West End shows covered in the running such as Hamilton, Les Miserables, Rent, Jesus Christ Superstar, Oliver, Little Shop of Horrors, Chicago, Waitress and more.
The show will feature a diverse range of artists, with high-quality musical talent, as well as great comedy acts which are a favourite with the regular 2CC audience. The show will be compered by Tyne Theatre Panto favourite Charlie Richmond. It will also star Collabro’s very own Matt Pagan and top comic and BBC Radio Newcastle presenter Steffen Peddie.
All profits raised will be split between the Tyne Theatre’s Preservation Trust (following a challenging few years for the Theatre industry) and Myeloma UK (the only organisation in the UK dedicated exclusively to helping myeloma patients, and ultimately to finding a cure). By purchasing tickets you can support these deserving charities, Newcastle’s historic theatre and local performers from across the region who, along with theatre staff, have all given their time and talent for free to support these great causes.
