ARC’s new Producer makes the move from the South East to Stockton on Tees 

ARC Stockton Arts Centre has announced Cristina MacKerron as their new Producer.

As an experienced producer, artist, and facilitator, Cristina, previously Co-Artistic Director of dance-theatre duo The Hiccup Project, comes to ARC from her post as Projects Producer at The Place in London.

She takes over the role of Producer at ARC from Daniel Mitchelson who, after more than eight years at the Stockton on Tees based arts centre, has recently joined Redcar & Cleveland Council as Creative Programmes Officer. 

‘I am delighted to be joining the ARC team as Producer. On my first visit to ARC, I was met with the joyful sounds of the community choir, echoing through the building and was struck by the overall warmth, spirit and energy of the people and the place,’ Cristina said.

‘I am really inspired by how the team at ARC work, and the exciting projects that happen. I am looking forward to meeting and working with all the brilliant artists, communities and networks that engage with ARC, both near and far, that make it such a special place.’
