Peter Kay Announces Return to Stand-up with First Live Tour in Twelve Years
One of Britain’s best loved comedians, Peter Kay, is finally returning to stand-up comedy after twelve years. The tour will be stopping off at Utilita Arena Newcastle on 9th & 10th March 2023
“It’s good to get back to what I love doing best, stand-up comedy and if there’s ever a time people need a laugh it’s now. And with the cost of living at an all-time high, ticket prices are starting from £35. The same price they were on my previous tour in 2010”
Peter’s 2010 tour still officially ranks with the Guinness Book of World Records as the biggest selling comedy tour of all time, playing to over 1.2 million people.
Tickets for Peter Kay’s nationwide tour go on sale Saturday 12th November at 10am
A big question for a lot of people is "how do I get tickets?"
We thought we would write down our observations from his previous tour.
1. People tend to look in the same place for tickets and that is why they think the show has sold out
2. There is more than one legitimate ticket agency selling genuine tickets
3. When a ticket agency says "sold out" it just means that they have run out of their current allocation but other agencies may have tickets / more tickets may be put on sale later / more dates could be added.
4. Here are our affiliate links to the two ticket agencies that we are affiliates with that are handling the tickets for this event. If you click on these then you will still be changed the same price but a small amount comes back to us and that goes a little way towards our costs of providing theatre, music and comedy news for free.
